                  Getting the rental value of your property right first time is crucial to finding a suitable tenant in the shortest time and the with the least anxiety. Our rental valuations are based upon considerable experience and in-depth knowledge of the market. We will, wherever possible, research the market for examples of similar properties for rent, and which have recently been let, to offer comparable evidence to substantiate our valuations. If required we can also advise on changes which it may be desirable to effect in order to improve the presentation of the property to obtain a better rent or a speedier let.

To achieve this we undertake regular scheduled inspections of each managed property. Prompt maintenance and repairs are organized at competitive cost from our pool of reliable and experienced contractors. We administer monthly rent collections and forward payments promptly to our landlords with a clear and detailed statement. Our property management service is designed to ensure our landlords are not unduly bothered save for authorization of repairs above an agreed cost level, and that our tenants are able to enjoy the property without hassle or discomfort.
